Everyone watches the Olympics and it is easy to appreciate the level of skill of any athlete competing there but it is hard to understand the journey each athlete has taken to get there by just watching their final performance.

In this final episode before the start of the Games, we are going to look at the behind-the-scenes stuff with Lawrence Brittain & Jake Milton Green, rowers and hosts of the Row Show. We try to understand the years of work and dedication, the Glory and the Hardships an athlete endures to have a chance at standing on the greatest sporting stage in the World.
